Our Rules
That the lodging charges of every student/boarder/tenant shall be staring from Rs. 4500/- per month per head.
That none of the student/boarder/tenant shall not be permitted after 9:00 p.m. to enter into the garden and on the roof top of the Fortune Residency and shall not be permitted to chorus in loud and to use loud speaker which caused annoyance to the neighbour and also shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Fortune Township Society.
That if any student/boarder/tenant shall implicate by any police offence or any other criminal offence then the land lord/owner shall not liable for any unwarranted consequences even any boarder/tenant shall try to commit suicide and/or taking any intoxic substance, in those cases the liability shall be shifted upon the respective parents/legal guardian
That the service shall be provided by the owner/land lord to the student/boarder/tenant, twenty four hours security for the building, water supply, C.C TV surveillance.
That any of the conditions mentioned herein above shall be violated by the student/boarder/tenant then the incident took place shall be informed to legal guardian/parents forthwith and in that case offending student/boarder/tenant shall leave the flat within next forty eight hours and deposited amount shall also be refunded after deduction of due rent.
The Party of the First Part have no right to take any commission, profit, benefit or monitory benefit from the Party of the Second Part.
In future the Party of the First Part have no right to vacate the position forcefully from the Party of the Second Part till termination of Leave & License as per last Agreement.
After execution of this Agreement the Party of the Second Part will treat as new tenant.
It is kindly requested not to wear jewellery, including gold, diamonds, or other expensive ornaments.
If anyone leaves the PG before the agreement period ends, 50% will be deducted from the advance payment.
RAGGING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THIS PG AND IS CONSIDERED A PUNISHABLE OFFENSE.
That the advance amount for every student/boarder/tenant is required to pay rupees 15000 deposit money. which will be adjusted/refunded at the time of termination/cancellation of tenancy right.
The period of tenancy shall be fixed for next three years/sessions duration which one shall earlier, thereafter if necessary the agreement shall be executed further.
That in case of prior termination of the tenancy agreement by either party the three months prior notice to be sent to the other.
That every student/boarder/tenant must be deposited their respective Photocopy of Institutional Identity Card as well as the photographs, Aadhaar Card/Passport, Whatsapp Number of their respective parents/legal guardian.
That police verification of every boarder/student/tenant is mandatory and which will be done by the student herself.
That other than parent/legal guardian of every boarder/student shall not be allowed as visitor of the boarder/tenant.
That only other female boarder/student of the other flats of Fortune Township shall only be allowed in day time upto 10 p.m.
That none of the student/boarder/tenant shall not be allowed after 10:00 p.m. to enter into and to exit out the tenanted flat except in case of medical emergency.
